Packaging

Every card is shipped in a protective sleeve inside a toploader, placed in a rigid cardboard mailer. We don't cut corners on packaging — your cards arrive in the condition described.

UK delivery

Tracking

Where your delivery service includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, email support@kadoyatcg.com with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it.
